1. Recharge & Bill Payments

All sales of prepaid recharge and bill payments are final. Once a transaction is successful, no refund is permitted by the operator.

2. Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails but money has been deducted from your wallet, the amount will be automatically refunded to your All In One Portal wallet within 24 hours.

3. Pending Transactions

In cases where a transaction is pending from the operator side, users must wait for the final status (Success/Fail) before raising a dispute. This usually takes up to 48 hours.
